Calling All Newborns | Northwest Arkansas Baby Photography

How about a little casting call?  I vote yes.

I’m looking for a few newborns to do some additional studio testing with!  If you or someone you know is currently expecting or has recently given birth, contact me asap to receive insane discounts off a full newborn session.

The first five people to contact me will receive 1/2 off their newborn session fees plus additional product discounts!

Please note that babies will need to be photographed within the first 14 days after birth and must be born no later than 3/31/10.  Oh, and p.s.?  This would make a fantacular baby shower gift for your friends/family.  I’m just sayin’.  :)

Just a quick peek of Miss Lorelei’s session from today!  She just keeps growing more & more every time I see her - and was so animated today!  :)

Asher | Northwest Arkansas First Birthday Portraits

Meet Asher…

Adorable? Check. Toothy grin? Check. Love cake? Check.

This kid sure knows how to rock a cake smash photo session.  Now, that’s what I call a party.

Tammy & Josh - thanks for swinging by today!  I hope you love this peek - there are bunches more heading your way soon!

Charli | Northwest Arkansas NWA Children’s Photography

Someone please, please tell me this isn’t happening.  How is it possible that Charli is already turning two years old?  I refuse to believe it.  I’ll be in denial, I’m ok with that.

Either way, she’s darn cute.  :)

Katie | Northwest Arkansas Children’s Photographer

I am so very excited about this post. For several reasons -

  1. because this little girl is SO much fun to shoot with
  2. because it snowed last night (which has absolutely nothing to do with these photos, but it makes me excited, so I’m listing it)
  3. because the outfits Katie is modeling in these shots are part of a huge upcoming project for me & my mom (much, much more on that later)

So, I’ll start with my faves from last night’s fashion session:

Sassitude.  I heart that.

Fun, fun, and more fun.

And just a couple of the ever-gorgeous Katie doing what she does best - being cute.  :)

This session was such a blast for me.  I enjoyed it so much that I’m considering adding children’s fashion sessions as a standard offering - if you’re interested, contact me!

A few more of these lined up and then I’ll be spreading the word about the clothing project!  Keep an eye out.  :)

2010

Howdy. Hope you guys all had a super fantacular Christmas & a safe, wonderful New Year! I cannot believe it is 2010 already, I feel old.

You know what else makes me feel old? This:

My boy.  My sweet, sweet boy.  He really needs to stop growing up, don’t you think?  I’d be totally cool with him staying a kid forever.  I’m just sayin’.

Regardless, it was super nice of him to let me take his photos in the studio last week.  Looks like he might be outgrowing a little of that uneasiness in front of the lens (woohoo!) and, as an added bonus, he seemed somewhat interested in being behind the lens this time, too.  Hopefully 2010 will be the year that I can pique his interest in photography (keeping my fingers crossed, but I suspect the Xbox might stand in the way of this one).

Enough about that.  How about some fun stuff for YOU?

In celebration of the new year, the first 10 people to book a session prior to 1/31/10 will receive a FREE 11×14 standard canvas print!

Anticipating a Spring session for the family or kids?  Maybe you’re expecting a new addition to the family this year?  Book before 1/31/10 and if you’re one of the first 10, the freebie canvas is all yours.  :)

Happy 2010 everybody - I hope it’s a great one.
