I wanted to post a few more from last weekend’s session with the B fam… and since today’s Thursday, and anyone who knows me at ALL will know exactly what that means: Grey’s Anatomy night! In honor of Grey’s, I decided to make all the photos in this post black & white. Get it. Grey. Black & white. Man, I’m funny.
Onto the photos – it has been so hard for me to narrow down the photos from this session! I have way too many favorites.

Marlee giving her daddy smooches. This one made me all maternal.

And that last one? Zoey is SO full of personality. I love shooting with her because what you see is exactly what you get! She is so animated and funny.

…and she has a beautiful smile.

Mom & Dad – Jess, I LOVE this shot of you guys.

Do I even need to say anything about this? Really? Sarah – I want to be reincarnated with half of your gorgeousness. Just half.

Cute, cute, cute, cute. That is all. For now.
Just a quick sneak peek for the F family!

Shannon & Jake joked with me tonight that they might send out a photo of themselves only for Christmas and write in their cards “Not Pictured: Aly & Ben”. I have a better suggestion…

How about this?
These little cuties have graced my blog more times than I think anyone else has… and I’m super proud of that. So proud, in fact, that this post is going to be MORE than just a “peek” at our session from this evening. I’m going to be posting an inordinate amount of photos… you were warned.

Miss Zoey has growing up SO much – even since I saw her for her 5-year session just 2 short months ago!

And little Miss Marley? The last time I saw her, she wasn’t even walking yet. But look at her now!

I just can’t get over how fast they grow.
Speaking of growing… this little family has grown to a family of 5 since we last shot all together!

There’s Sarah! Isn’t she gorgeous? I think so…

…and Sarah’s boyfriend thinks so, too.

Cuties.

And this series? I challenge you to look at it and NOT crack a smile. I bet you can’t.

Jessica & Jermaine – thank you, thank you, thank you for allowing me to shoot your family. Each time we get together, I feel really blessed to have the type of people in my life who are not only good people, but also rock star parents. Here’s the proof:

Sweet, precious, little Jax. Sound asleep. Snoring.
Only one of those fractional sentences above are true. Jax is sweet, precious, and little. See?

But he really wasn’t asleep.
In fact, he was the exact opposite of asleep today when he brought his momma & grandma over to help me test out some studio stuff! He was such a GOOD baby, even if he did stay awake for us.

I love that arm behind the head. He’s so GQ. I just wanna scoop him up… but it looks like someone else beat me to it.

p.s. Brittin – do you see how his hands are folded together in that last shot? I just ovulated again.
Guess who came to see me today…

That’s right! Madison!
She’s all grown up now, having turned a year old a few weeks ago. We celebrated with this adorable tutu her mom snagged awhile back (that matches her eyes perfectly, I might add) and then had some cake & balloons. She’s such a cute little nugget and SO sweet!

She loved the cake… but not so much the grass. However, I am going to pretend like she is laughing here, because it makes me feel happy.

Either way, she sure is cute.
Misty & Tim – I hope you love these, there will be more coming your way very soon!
I promise this post will include photos… after the letters & words.
Wanted to let everyone know that I am in the process of doing some indoor studio testing sessions. These sessions are discounted and I am currently looking for the following “subjects” to test with:
- newborns (under 10 days old)
- 6-8 month olds (if your little guy/gal is already sitting unassisted, they qualify!)
- siblings (2-3 max, all children must be over the age of 5 years)
If you fall into one of these groups and would like to be considered for the discounted sessions, please contact me immediately!
Now, onto the photos.
It’s been awhile since I met up with the Rayl girls for a photo session, so these are way overdue! These photos took place in my studio today (which is where the sessions mentioned above will be!) and I have to say these are some of my favorites to date of these two cuties.
Miss K – growing up so fast!

And little Miss A – she likes me, she finally likes me!

Kat – thanks for bringing the girls over today! You guys were a BIG help!!

Sometimes, life just isn’t fair. Like, for example, it’s pretty unfair that someone can look this adorable even when it’s barely 45 degrees outside.

Or, another example would be how unfair it is that someone has the world’s longest eyelashes, coupled with the most gorgeous blue eyes.

Yep. Life isn’t fair.
Brittany (and mom & Mitch) – thanks for braving the cold with me this morning. I hope you enjoy this little peek! More to come soon.
Like that title, Henrix & Ashley?
I just realized that all 3 of your initials spell the word ham. Man, I’m clever.
And speaking of ham, how cute is your little ham?

So cute, that’s how.
And a few more!

Love it!
Thanks for playing with me today… you guys are better than apple pie.
Last weekend, I spent the day with Jenny & Daniel (and Emily, who came along as second shooter – Hi, Emily!) for their wedding. Here are a few of the images from their big day.
Jenny’s dress was absolutely gorgeous – and a whole lotta dress for such a little girl! She rocked it, I must say.

I love her laugh. She has the cutest little nose-crinkle (you guys all know I’m a huge sucker for nose-crinkles).
Here she is on her way to the ceremony… all smiles.

And here’s Daniel’s reaction to seeing her for the first time in her dress!

Just a couple from the actual ceremony itself:

The kiss…

…and after the kiss (there’s that nose-crinkle again!).

Jenny is the best sort of bride – the kind who knows what she wants and what she wanted this day was photos! She and I discussed several poses that were must-haves prior to the big day and I’m happy to say we were able to accomplish almost all of her ideas! Here are just a few:

Jenny & Daniel – I hope you guys are livin’ it up on the honeymoon! Congrats on your new life together.
